Just Office Chairs provides FREE "to your door" delivery Australia wide on all orders (see undeliverable post codes at bottom of page).
It is estimated that you will receive your item(s) within 4 - 12 business days of placing an order. If your product is "Custom / Made to Order" please refer to the product listing for details on lead time.
Tracking information will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. You will be able to track your item(s) through the carrier's website.
If no one is present when delivery is attempted a notification card will be left in the mail box instructing you on how to accept delivery.
A non-PO Box address is required for delivery.
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. In the unlikely event that your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 6 business days, or if you do not receive your item within 12 business days please contact us at email@example.com (exceptions apply for made-to-order products see "An Overview" for details).
In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us our customer service representative will contact you via email.
Payment for Services
Additional charges may apply for redirection of delivery to alternate address (available with select couriers only), if order is rejected by receiver or returned to sender by the courier.
